Serial Entrepreneur, Global banking, 15 Years B2B experience, Digital Leader

‍Daphne is the Founder and CEO of Dedoco. After graduating from National University of Singapore, she started her first work experience helping out in her family travel business before running her own entrepreneurial venture in retail and services. Subsequently, she moved on to a banking career where she spent 8 years in the corporate banking space starting from SME banking in the earlier years and then specialising in structured commodities and trade finance across international banks. At her last bank, she led the digital trade project that involved the digitalization and adoption of cross-border e-trade by large MNC commodity clients and correspondent banks.

Prior to Dedoco, Daphne founded an early-stage tech startup which she exited upon establishing Dedoco in 2020. In the region, Daphne is well-networked in the B2B enterprise space and tech community, securing prolific investors and Seed investment for Dedoco from Temasek-backed Vertex Ventures in 2021. On the thought leadership front, Daphne is a digital leader and a regular speaker on the topics of enterprise trust and digital security. Her awards and accolades include SG100 Women in Tech,  #3 in Top 10 Women in Fintech (APAC) and Top 100 Women in Fintech from 2019-2023 globally. Currently, she is also a Professional Council Member of Global Fintech Institute and sits on the Board of SGTech as its Lead for Web3/Blockchain workgroup.
